Tim Littlefield serves as the Director of Operations for Victory Sports Performance in Universal City and Bracken, as well as the Director of Operations for Basketball. With more than 30 years of experience in the sports industry and over 20 years of coaching experience, Tim brings a unique combination of athletic, coaching, educational, and operational expertise to Victory.
Tim’s connection to Victory Sports Performance dates back to its original opening in 2015. After spending five years with the organization during its early years, he returned in 2025 to help lead its continued growth and development. In his current role, Tim oversees facility operations, staff coordination, event and program organization, and the day-to-day execution of activities across the facility. He works closely with the ownership and leadership teams to ensure Victory remains a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for athletes and families.
A graduate of Huston-Tillotson University with a background in Physical Education and Sports Management, Tim also attended Temple Junior College and holds USA Basketball Gold Certification as well as CPR/First Aid certification. His athletic background includes football, basketball, baseball, and track. As a basketball player, Tim competed as a point guard and helped lead his high school team to the state tournament as a junior with a 34–1 record before going on to win a conference championship at the junior college level.
Tim has spent his coaching career working with athletes at nearly every level, from youth and middle school to high school, AAU, club, and collegiate athletics. His coaching and leadership experience includes roles as a Head Basketball Coach, Assistant Football Coach, Head Cross Country Coach, Head Track Coach, Athletic Director, Assistant Athletic Director, and Vice Principal. He has worked with programs and organizations including the San Antonio Spurs AAU program, Austin Fast Break, San Antonio Celtics, and Team Texas South AAU Basketball, along with several schools throughout South Texas.
Throughout his career, Tim has helped develop athletes who have gone on to compete at the collegiate and professional levels. Among those athletes are Jarrett Allen, Jordan Clarkson, Ben Uzoh, Xavier Silas, Bryson Graham, and Tony Crocker. His coaching accomplishments include multiple district championships, regional and state appearances, and being named District Coach of the Year. He was also nominated to coach in the TAPPS All-Star Game. Of all his accomplishments, Tim considers helping athletes reach the collegiate level and pursue their dreams one of his greatest achievements.
Tim’s coaching philosophy centers on work ethic, confidence, character, and allowing athletes to grow through challenges. He believes a great coach understands an athlete’s perspective, allows mistakes to become learning opportunities, and pushes athletes to reach their highest potential.
At Victory, Tim’s goal extends beyond athletic development. He wants athletes to become great people—individuals with strong character, discipline, work ethic, and respect for others. He believes sports teach young people valuable life skills and provide experiences that help them grow both on and off the court.
What Tim enjoys most about Victory is seeing young athletes work toward their goals and watching them accomplish their dreams. Having been part of Victory since its early days, he also takes pride in seeing how the organization has evolved and continues to grow.
Outside of sports, Tim enjoys cooking and traveling. A lifelong competitor and sports enthusiast, he remains motivated by helping young people succeed and using the gifts God has given him to positively impact others.
Tim’s motto: “No one will outwork me.”
